Hi Fonseca. I spent a few hours hacking iGuidance with ResHack, and making all the buttons larger throughout.
Take a look at
this thread which I started yesterday. Not sure what your problem is with the main menu? As you can see, I put larger buttons, and the areas are fully clickable. Yes, the yellow area is fixed, so we have to live with that I guess.
I have found that when changing the font size in the dialogs, the buttons tend to get larger, but the Font itself remains the same size (confused!).
Have you managed to get the actual font larger throughout all dialogs? How?

I'm using a theme file which I have spent way too much time on; the large zoom and location icons, both posted in the "font size is killing me" thread in zip files. And I'm using 14-16 size font on all the menus that work with it. Size 16 is a huge help for certain menus, like display options and route options, it "looks right" on them too, and moderately helpful on the destinations menu and sub-menus (except for the coordinates menu, has to stay at 10). I've also removed all the title bars with Reshack, and made a few larger bitmaps to replace small ones. But I can't do anything about the main menu and destinations menu, I can't get rid of the yellow box. I'm sure there's a way so simple I'm missing it. I'm working on replacement menus.
What I'm really waiting for is better integration with Roadrunner. I don't want to have to run several apps just to improve iGuidance, the less processes the better. So I'm living with unreadable speed display and usually only entering destinations which are in my favorites or by POI. I'd like to see the RR OSK work with iGuidance.
