Any nav software updates over internet?

Do any of the major navagation packages have free internet updates? Free software updates would be nice but map changes and corrections would be great. I have CoPilot7 and whilst its not bad I think its apalling to have to no upgrade path, no software updates and no map updates for software that costs several hundred bucks. Especially as the maps in my town are WAY out of date and inaccurate.

It'd be kind of nice to have navigation software based on google maps...they are WAY more accurate and up to date than those in CoPilot.

IGuidance has some free updates and some inexpensive version upgrades. You have to register on there web site and download them. I live in a small town and I am surprised how accurate the maps are!

I like the look of Iguidance, could someone with a copy of the US 2.1.1 version show me an image of the center of parker, colorado so I can verify the maps accuracy? Here is the area I want to check: Parker, CO

the iGuidance map looks to be pretty accurate, a lot better than CoPilots map. I'm beginning to lean towards getting iGuidance...especially as it is so much cheaper than CoPilot. Anyone been able to directly compare these two routing/mapping packages directly? I'd welcome any personal insight.
