Bu-303 Led

Has anyone modded a BU-303 with a blue LED? If so, can you post or PM the LED used. If not, has anyone got the wiring diagrams or internal pictures for the BU-303.

Should be quite simple, the LED is just a simple SMD right angle LED.

there is some pictures of the BU-303 opened up. The LED is on the bottom picture on the left hand bottom corner of the circuit board. It's labeled D3 I think.
