GPS software in Australia?

Just wondering, is any of this gps stuff avalible in australia? Like do destinator and stuff have maps for perth in Western Australia. Or is there nothing decent out here yet?

I wont be doing anything to my current car and am not getting my new car for about one year more, as thats when I start my apprenticeship. Thats when I want to start building my car PC.

yeah we got destinator which can be used in map moneky or freedrive

D3 does the whole of Australia in one map. I am not sure how accurate the maps are once you get away from the major centers tho.
I don't think there is anything out there that has the coverage of D3. Also the updates are quite regular, which helps.

D3 map coverage for Australia is exceptionally good as long as you don't get on those small roads that farmer and trucker made to get around their Farm.

ok ive got destinator and installed in correctly into map monkey but im getting.

"Your map is not registered. Please choose another map."

any idea?

u'll need to obtain a "special" version of the dest.dll thats in the map monkey folders.. and replace it with the one u have there already

from memory download one of the earliest version of mamponkey and extract the file without installing it and it should have the cracked dest.dll there
thats if it hasn't been removed.. cus thats the file that was causing the copy right issues..
