Cheap GPS in-car tracking device

Found a pretty cool in-car GPS tracking deivce. Works really well, it's basically it's a Boost Mobile Phone with a built in GPS chip. You place the phone in your car, or backpack, or wherever, and it tracks your location in real time. The GPS chip inside the phone gets your coordinates, and uploads them to this website. You log into the website, and view in real time your location via the Google Maps interface. Abuot a hundred bucks, and six bucks a month for the service.
They also have a very cool geofence feature. If your vehicle travels outside of a predetermined area, your personal cell phone or email address gets a special alert message.

It's pay as you go, so it sounds like it's $6 a month if you leave it on all the time, which you probably won't. Pretty good.

If you hard wired this to your battery would it drain it if your car sat for 2 days or so? I thought about wiring it to the acc but it might die when car isnt on... Killing the whole point of it :P. What would be the best power options for this.

I don't have it hard wired to my truck, but it does plug in to the cig. lighter. I've never had a problem (my truck sits for three days on the weekends). As far as hard wiring it into ACC, once the battery on the cell phone is charger it should draw very little current to keep it going.
