BU-303 Issue

I searched this forum but didn't see anything similar to this issue. I have had my BU-303 for 2 weeks now and last night it died on me. When I plug it in to any computer the LED just barely lights up and never changes from that. It also never acquires and satellites but Windows does see it and recognize it just the same as it always has. Has anyone else had this issue before and found a fix? Kind of stinks that it is only 2 weeks old and this happened. Can’t figure out why it did this.

its probably the internal battery thats flat
some have replaced it
some have removed it completely
others have left it plugged in for 24 hours solid and it seems to re awaken itself

Yea I saw the ones on removing the little cap or battery but no one seemed to have the issue with the LED Barely lighting up, that is why I thought my situation was different.
