GPS software for CarPuter Voice + 3D

I am gonna be getting my "CarPuter" soon and its coming GPS-ready!

I want to know what the best software would be that include these features if possible:
- 3D style map navigation
- Voice prompts/guidance

I guess the biggest problem I have is that I am from South Africa, so how would I get maps for that software for my location???

Start by narrowing down which packages have maps for south africa. You can PM some people who are in south africa... maybe they can help.
