please comments on the specs

I found this GPS unit at a decent price, please comment if it is comparable to the other ones you guys are using. Thanks in advance

Notes:
Model: UG-200-U
Occasionally GPS units in Windows 2000 & XP are not detected correctly by Windows. They are detected as a mouse (which causes the mouse cursor to jump all over the screen). The best fix that we have seen for this is the registry fix listed in the link below.

That seems like a few year old technology. Likely for the same amount of money or a bit more you can get -159dBm (much more sensitive) GPS receiver these days. Look for anything that contains SiRFstarIII chipset.

deffinitely sounds like a SIRFII chipset. How good of a deal is this? If your trying to stay cheap I would recommend the AyAy-Sir (I know its another SIRFII but its sensitive) which can be had new for less than $50 after shipping. just ebay it.
