Hi, I'm trying to install iGO 2006 on my laptop. Since I have no internal card reader, but only a bulky external USB one (which adds to the difficulty to carry all the devices), I'm trying to copy the files from the original SD on the hard disk. I'm using Microsoft Device Emulation 2.0 with the Windows Mobile 5.0 image. All I can get is a "Failed to identify SD card" message. Any suggestions?

I am surprised, how exactly did you made it work perfectly on a PC ?
Can you give us details (step by step if possible)
I just finished my project and would like to install iGO as a navigation software.
Thanks

Does anyone have higher resolution files for iGo?
I have iGo running on a Windows CE 8.4" tablet in 800x600 resolution, but the max I can get iGo to display at is 320x480, looks very tacky on such a big screen.
Apparently I need the "data.zip" UI files in a higher resolution, anyone have any higher?
Thanks

It seems it does not work on high resolution. Everything working okay on your emulator ? I mean the igo sound plays corectly ? because when i run iGO on the emulator the sound doesnt looks good, i mean it makes pauses.

iGo Sound
Set the windows process priority of the emulator to real time. This helps a bit, the sound gets smoother.

This would be perfect, iGo on the PC... Looking at the image you posted it is clear that he is not running an PPC emulator, it seems to be a Win32 application.
So you have contacted him but he is not sharing the thing? Is this something that he developed (based on the PPC version) or is it official (some kind of pre-release version maybe)?
Thanks

But people here said that running on emulator causes problems with the sound, and the CPU usage is very high.
Is this only valid for Windows Mobile emulation or for WinCE too?

Do you have a link for that video?
I will start searching for it, but I am sure it won't be easy to find. There are other products with the same name "iGo" and that causes the searches to be more difficult.
