The problem is the man, who post this video. He don't want to share the program. But now we know it is real! So we must find another man who have it or find the way to do it ourself

I wouldn’t get my hopes high.
Sygic Drive, a similar software, build for PPC, has also a Win XP variant, available for free. There is a thread about it here also.
The problem is that the pc version is a demo, built just for presentation purposes. So it has limited support for gps receivers, making it all but useless.
I wouldn’t be surprised if that is the case with IGo PC version.

What are you talking about? limited support for gps receivers? Nonsense! There are later versions than the demo too!

That's fine, but if it is a demo you don't need to link to a warez site, you should be able to download it from the maker of the software.

has anybody successfully embedded into road runner? if yes how did you
a) get focus so map is being updated if you click around in road runner
b) which skin did you use (resolution)
like it a lot since routing and interpolation of best guessed direction, i.e. in round abouts is much better than sygic drive.
... and it has 3d buildings and maps. terrific. must see!

I have it running in both RR and FreeICE. Custom hacked it to work on 900*480 as I run the CarPC at 1024*768. As for the focus issue, in roadrunner you just add ||ACTIVATE;iGO8|| to the end of the command string on the button.

Technically every program you embed loses focus in roadrunner when you press a button on the skin. iGO8 just stops drawing when it doesn't have focus, while most other gps programs do not so you never noticed it before. If you edit whatever skin you use to add the activate line to the buttons on the external gps screen, you can solve the issue. This is what I have in my next track button "NEXT||ACTIVATE;iGO8||" and it works fine.

I use my own hacked version running at 900*480 (screen res is 1024*768), and my own skin in roadrunner. I am transitioning over to Freeice when it becomes ready though, problem is that freeice doesn't have the focus issue fixed yet.
As for sharing, sorry, but it's against the forum rules.
