Navigon nck 4.0 gps probs

Hi guys i ve just installed Navigon nck 4.0 with all europe maps and it works perfectly but it does not recognise my garmin bluethoot gps...it says no gps found.I made all settings with com port and i pair the antenna with my car pc before opening the program but nothing...probably it wants some particular antenna?????Mine works perfectly with any other nav software...any suggestion?Thanks from sunny italy

tryed but nothing to do!!!I ve also downloaded sirf test to check my antenna setting and everything seems to be ok...This is my spgps file:

i assume that it's a hardware error.
do you use the stock cable?

first of all thanks for trying help me...I don t know what a stock cable is my gps is a garmin 10 bluethoot connected on serial port com 8 and it works perfectly with map monkey and mappoint on the same port...if you're using a bluethoot gps let me know your spgps file...many thanks
