PC and Royaltek antenna/gps

I used to use Garmin's nRoute on my PC along with a Garmin GPS (which took a dump last week) I bought a Deluo USB gps/antenna. I can't get it to work with nRoute or Streets and Trips. I have decided Deluo is not going to make it good since their mail box is full on both numbers. Their email help is useless.

I am looking at the Royaltek RGM2000. Does anyone have any experience with these little guys. And if so, is there a compatibility with nRoute or any other software that is out there beside their program?

I don't mind buying the software they sell, but I don't know if I will like it. And like everything else you buy from the internet, you can't send it back.
