inav iguidance internal error

When i want to install iguidance europe 2.1.2 i get an internal error.
the message that i get is, (" Internal error line 4938. Please contact technical support"). please can anyone say what the problem is?
( i have just tried it on a different computer and i get the same error)

I thought I saw someone also complain of errors that turned out to be a scratched CD. Can you check to see if your CD is still okay?

I have tried to copy the dvd and install from the copy, but still i have the error.

well i have copied the dvd and tried again to install the software and maps, this time with no errors and it works fine, thx!!!!
