Anywhere to download the iguidance maps

I was wondering if there was anyway to download the iguidance state maps, when I installed it I only installed a couple of states around me (montana) and I will be going to washington in a week. Anyhow someone stepped on my Iguidance disk 2 and cracked it in half, and now I only have the first disk. Anyone know of where I could get the maps for other states? or will I have to pay for a whole new program?

Lol, that would be wrong. I hate to say it, but regardless of what happned to your disk, what iguidance actually is selling are those maps. You could try to find a pirated version, but, good luck there. To the best of my knowledge there is no legal way to do that.

I'd suggest contacting the company and see about a replacement media.

Eh, the way I see it, you're entitled to a backup copy. How you create/obtain that copy is up to you. I have no moral issues downloading an ISO image of Windows XP Pro as I have a license for it. I feel that iGuidance should be the same way.

DP, why you have MySQL Error? THat your new neat-o custom title?? Sweet...

contact the vendor, they usually provide a damaged disk swap for something like $10 dollars...
happened with my xbox game..
sent it back to activevision, and they issued me a new one for like $15 AUD, or like $10 US...

I only have the first cd now, I threw the pieces of the old one away a while ago, and havn't needed to install anything new for a while? If I send the first cd in to prove that I bought, think there is any possibility of getting a 2nd one?

Different software companies have different policies. You'd have to ask them.
Let everyone else here know what you find out. That's handy information to have.

Or you could make whoever stepped on it obtain a replacement for you.
