iGuidance internal error 4180
When I'm trying to load maps it gets almost done then give me this error
"internal error 4180 contact tech support"
Does anyone know how to fix this????

you probably have ascratched CD. Contact tech support to get a replacement.
I hope you didn't get this software from a "friend."

i even copied the files to my hard drive and still get the error

well, if the files are damanged on the CD already, do you think copying them to your hard drive would fix it? 
Like I said, contact tech support.

Did you know that you can't get support, when you didn't buy it? you need to burn it at lower speed genius.

If it is a physical scratch, then a CRC error should occour when copying, a lack of CRC error to me indicates the CD is still ok.

That did not work for me, has anyone found a solution yet?
It is not the file problem
