iguidance - contacts address not found

Why is it when I pick a contact from my address book Iguidance is unable to match that address, however when I enter the address in manually it finds it? The address in my address book appears exactly as the other method. I've even tried variations of abbreviations to no avail. It doesn't do this for all addresses, just some of them. I haven't been able to tell what the pattern is for ones that work and the ones that do not.

Currently running version 2.1.3 and tried using the following info for one of my contacts. All three variations failed when pulling from the contacts, but were successful when entering the address manually.

I see iguidance 3.0 was just scheduled for release next week. wonder if this is fixed in there.

this is indeed a bug from the early version of IG which was supposed to have been fixed with an update patch made available to valid registered users. I noticed this problem on my Pocket PC.

I have Iguidance version 3 in the car, but i have not yet installed it on the pocketpc.

it is fixed on the ppc version 3.0. However selecting a destination from your contact list does not exist on the pc version. WTF?

Yeah! is incredible, NO CONTACTS ADDRESS in UMPC/CarPC Version, someboddy knows how include the Outlook Contacts Address Book with the new iGuidance version 3???

Guess what.... Its still not there in iguidance v4.0 either.

Guess that year of development time between v3-4 was spent on nothing of any consequence to actual users except putting in new map data which was bought from navteq. Nice job guys.
