My GPS reciever can't recognize my location, help

hi guys,

I just installed iguidance 2.13 on my computer in my house, and I am going to put it in my car soon. And it seen like the GPS is working fine,

but I don't know why the gps reciever can not recognize my location.
Example: My house is at 2234 48th and on the GPS says " 4680 N CRESENT BLVD/US-130 " thanks...

And, by the way, during the install of Iguidance 2.13. I got some error, and I can only installed 2 states, if I installed 3 states, then I can't install at all.
Here is what I got for installing 2 states.

Once I got this error, I just pick ignore, then it took me to another error, then I just picked ignore again. Then the installed complete with only 2 states.

Please help guys.
