Let me try something else.
Be back soon.

O.K., VIDS are fixed. I uploaded them using FTP from the DOS command prompt, and I guess I forgot to change from ascii mode. Sorry guys.
Let me know. I will upload the Un-Themed version in a couple of minutes.

ordered from another site at 2 pdt, it shipped today... &)($*^&)#@ inav.....
and as far as im concerned to go on vacation for a number of weeks right when you release a new product is bad for business. i love their software, but this company sucks when it comes to customer support and care. 10 for software, 2 for CSC

I DOUBT it shipped, but you might have been lucky. Remember, that just receiving an e-ail with tracking information just means that the company printed a shipping label, not that it was picked, packed, or shipped.
Hopefully you will get it soon.

Normally, so would I. But my system was hosed anyway & I thought I'd give it a whirl. Vista installed incredibly fast and was extremely nice to use. Looks like some applications (especially those running services) will need to be tweaked for Vista though.
Back on XP now.

ugh I always hated how the street names jumped around in v2 making it really confusing to tell which street name goes with which street. hope they find a better way of doing that.

well no wonder people download cracks from the net...

$70 is actually pretty good price in comparison to what other vendors may charge IMHO. For that price you will get one year fresher map data for the whole of USA/Canada including Hawaii and Alaska.

Well, to be perfectly honest, the iNav PO data is very very poor. The Map data itself is OK (Uses Navtek data, just like google and others)

That's true. On the rare occasion when I do need to search for POI's I usually reach for S&T instead. But when I need a restaurant I stick with iG. Nothing can beat the 55+ restaurant sub-categories in iG

The map data is right on, I was driving down highway 5 going towards San Diego from San Francisco and even little tiny roads on the side on some farm were mapped! If it wasn't for iG wouldn't have noticed them in the first place.
The POI data is pretty cruddy though. Gas stations and ATMs are fine, but anthing else is pointless.

Does anyone have a full review for IG 3.0 yet? I saw a UMPC screen shot and it looked pretty good. Reviews anyone?
