hello everyone, i just am interesting in GPS, and want to DIY. did anyone try it before? so far i design the PCB using DXP2004, hope share it with you if possible.

There isnt really much to do, you would just normally buy the GPS module add a TTL to RS232 converter and maybe a 5V/3.3V regulator. You are basically done really.
Unless of course you want to design the module as well which would require alot of effort and knowledge.
