Make me a GPS program - I'll pay you $150.
Hey everyone. MP3Car.com regular visitor, first time poster here.
I have a small project that requires some programming, which I can't do. I'm willing to pay anyone to do it
Basically, I want a program that gets the GPS coordiantes off my receiver, and send it to my server. Then I want to be able to access those coordinates through Google Maps to show my location.
I know someone on MP3Car is capable of doing it. It's a small project but I'm willing to pay $150 for it. Quick easy cash for whoever is interested

I believe there is a new project out there that does just this. Hell, can't remember the name, but just saw it the other day. Allows you to send to your own server and everything.
I don't think it's open source code tho...

If you have no programming knowledge then you really aren't in a position to judge whether it's a small project or not... right?
There are couple of programs that do what you speak of, GPSSecure and WhereismyGps, for instance. Look in the software forum.

The reason I ask is because I want it to work specifically with my server.
