Odd issue.

For months now my GPS holux gm-210 has been working flawlessly.

All of a suddon, it no longer works. Seems to detect ok, but isnt sending any data.
When I use VisualGPS The data is comming back as odd characters, not numbers like it usually has.
It hasnt moved nor has been unplugged. It has been inside my back bedroom sitting in the window so it can aquire a signal.

This is the 2nd reciever I have had to buy and have already had to have this thing fixed.

Is this thing broken again?

Your GPS may have reverted to SiRF binary mode. If that's the case, you can change it back to NMEA. Grab the SiRFDemo utility and read section 5 of this page: http://www.gpspassion.com/forumsen/t...TOPIC_ID=25575
