I personally only use the POI`s that are already in NCK. I never enter POI`s myself so this wouldn`t be a real issue for me.

Then you can select them as destinations. I use the POI's mainly to trace speed cameras, with "favorites" they doesn't shown on the map and there's no alert.

I had an original nck 5, unfortunetly my dvd is scratched and it wount let me reload it, i stupidly tried to upgrade it and mesed it up, any how, after formating my pc, i found i cant install it.

Can any one help me to obtain a back up copy, as navigon are asking to much to send me a backup copy of the software.

Pls Help or direct to where to obtain one for free
