iGuidance Europe discontinued

I sent iNav a question regarding release of a version for Europe (v. 3) and got this reply:

We are currently selling iGuidance Europe v2.1.2. Please note that this version was first released on 7/2005 (including Navteq Q3 2004 map). However, we have discontinued the entire Europe map product line so we will continue to sell out our EU v212 on clearance price of $119 but there will no longer be any map upgrade in the future.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
Customer Service

It sound to me like this is the end for a european version of iGuidance

At least they will continue to sell what they have instead of just yanking it off the market!

...and I would expect that to be the case since it was only the very first time they included EU maps with their software.

If I recall correctly iNav cited the lack of competent distributor(s) in EU []
