Microsoft GPS slows down post

If I have my USB Microsoft GPS device pluged in post takes about 2 minutes, any ideas on how to fix this?

try to disable legacy usb in bios, if doesn't work, try bios update, I think bios tries to recognize the device looking for bootable usb drives.
