Noob question about GPS integration

Ok currently I am running Microsoft Streets & Trips 2006, with Road runner for a front end. This works fine for me but I am looking to have a more, I guess robust integration. I've done some searching and found that the navigation software that will send/recieve commands from other programs outside of itself are destinator(and its derivatives) or iguidance and maybe mappoint. I am just wondering if I am missing any.

I am not asking for which one is best since it all comes down to a personal preference. just wanting to know if I am missing any other software packages out there.
