This is the website you linked to. If you looked around a little, you would have found
this which is the download page you can get the manual, a quick guide and even a test program...
If you need to be spoon fed, perhaps you would be better off buying a ready made solution. Also, a few minutes proofreading your post would be benificial. It makes it hard to understand what you are asking when there are 4 capital letters and 5 pieces of punctation (all in a web address). And this is the FAQ Emporium, which is not a place to ask questions.

and i did but i can't find any post about Navigon NCK 5 I can't get the gps reciver connected to navigon software it connected to my laptop serial with bluetooth and it's use port 11 and port 8 i but these ports in navigon software and the software can't see it so please help me i have been buy this gps from one week ago and no software work with it plz help
