iGuidance right click menu question

In iG, when you are in panning mode and right click on the screen, a context menu comes up where you can route to that destination. In Destinator (MapMonkey), you get the same time of menu when you left click on the screen. I like this feature in iG but its not touch screen friendly. It works nicely for POIs on the screen when you left click them. Is there a way to modify iG so that a single or double left click in panning mode emulates a right click?

Well, holding a primary click is the same as a secondary click.
