Exclamation Emergency Situation

I wont to build my own GPS software and I don't know which programming language to use and what is the format of the maps that the software will use
Could someone help me??

I'd recommend programming it in assembly. The format of the maps is binary.
Let me know if you need any more help.

He said that it was an emergency, assembly won't do.
BTW I think all languages can do binary, at least all the ones that I know.

Map data cost > $100,000 USD (I should know).

Either way I would say he is WAY LOST. Try
