USB GPS to FME and OS X compatible?

Disclaimer: I have searched and found very little pertaining to my question.

Anyway... I'm looking for a GPS receiver that can connect USB. Most importantly it would need have some kind of external antenna output to FME (or something that can be converted to FME) for:

and must be OS X compatible (shouldn't be an issue if its USB.)

Suggestions, ideas, and answers are appreciated.
