I'm still a little curious. So going back to what blk02si and others asked:

1. how did they find out you didn't have a PC in the car?
2. Did you know you had it coming when you were going to court that day?

Since this is a thread about laws I hereby dispute my Infraction on the grounds that I was not really calling anyone anything due to the misuse of the word contraction stated above rendering the sentence null and void!
