a 2 Din solution!?

I have been an avid follower of MP3CAR for at least 2 years before I signed up and posted. And in this time I have seen things change drastically. It used to be a place where people would talk about the cheapest ways to do things at the most outcome.
Dont get me wrong! I love the Infill G4 idea (I wont one myself). But it is un-obtainable money wise. And since I already have a machine that works flawlessly, I present my inquiry:

Where might someone find a double DIN touchscreen that can slide out of the way to show the DVD drive? It must be 7" touchscreen and have VGA output + USB (For touchscreen and DVD drive). It should have a resolution that rivals the 800X480 of the lilliput/xenarc or be a lilliput/xenarc kit.
I have looked and wondered around the internetz and used the googles with no luck. It can not be a single din as it will interfere with the HVAC vent that is directly above the stock 2 Din radio that is there now.
My budget is under $400.

2003 Windstar with video package is the auto and you can guess that I will be pumping the signal to the rear monitors as well.

Any Ideas?? ?? ??

I guess I should also mention... that it is also difficult finding said item that is actually in stock! I cant tell you how many times I get excited and think that I could get it... And BLAMO! Out of stock!
This actaully would be PERFECT had it been in stock. I am sure I could raise the extra money if needed.
I should also mention I had run accross all obvious places and even some non-english websites in areas like japan and CZ that I had to translate to english. I would just be stupid as hell (Like LeeRoy Jenkins) if I buy from a place that does not even have an english website.....
I also have found alot of greeat stuff that apparently you have to request a price for. Has anyone ever seen these?

now I know some of these are not VGA. VGA is obviously a requirement for my decision. However, I included these to show you some of the websites I have been trolling. Any help is appreciated and as always thank you for any help.

After more checking around, I think that I found a possible.
If you do a search for this:
CID650
pops up touch screens for all over the place. This one looks not so bad but would like to know if anyone has any experience with it?
