I did see this happen every once in a while when pairing the sensors. I started to wonder if there was just too much RF traffic from all the sensors, and the receiver PIC could not handle all of it. At that point I would usually just call it a night and come back to it the next day, and it would not have any problems. *shrug*
Edit: From what mrBean said, was there any changes in the PIC code Robby?
Sorry ..i didn't mean it to sound that way (about testing the unit)...i do appriciate the hard work you did
I have been trying to get this to work for about 3 weeks now ...so i think its more of a problem than just letting rest for the night .
Im posting mine to Robby tommorow so he can check out the pic ..hopefully it will be something easy to rectify.

Hey Robby,
Thanx for your efforts I am in not such a rush, I gave my unit to my friend, and I have the "faulty" one now, but I am sure it will be something small.
Keep us posted.
Kind regards,
Phillip

Oh, don't worry. I was not offended by the comment. I just wanted to let you guys know that I did test them.
I am curious to find out what Robby finds.

hope the problem will be easy to solve...
but we are pretty sure it has something to do with the receiver and not the sensors right?
coz tuesday i will have my tires replaced, and get the sensors installed.
hope i will not have to deinstall and reinstall them

I don't think the problem is related to the sensors, but to be sure, I need to do a complete check to Wiggy's unit.
I will keep you informed about any progress.

I'm having issues with my TPMS...
Whenever I resume the PC, Windows doesn't recognize the USB device. I have to unplug and plug it back in, then it's reinstalled.
And having it plugged in seems to kill my audio performance...like it's hogging the PCI bus or something. And this is with it not even reading the sensors!

Sounds like a similar issue I am having with the PDC version, although it only seems to be on the car PC, it's fine on my laptop, and funnily enough fine on my backup CarPC which uses exactly the same MB.
It only seems to be the one I want to use it with. (also my Gyration Keyboard suffers from the same problem, but my mini USB keyboad doesn't )

That's my working version of TPMS plugin(WAECO) for CF.
(Car photo has been take from http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/rr-p...on-plugin.html if Robby BMW don't mind. Otherwise I will remove it. That's not for commercial purposes..... ).

How do you have connected the interface? Directly to an USB port or trough a HUB?

The Standalone TPMS utility link does not work; Nor do the PCB links in post #1. Did the domain go down?

I've tried both...with pretty much the same results.
With just the TPMS hooked up, and nothing else, it's okay, but the TPMS seems to load up the system someway when I connect my other USB devices.
But when I have ALL my USB devices mounted, but no TPMS, the system is also fine...
