1) Yes used the latest versions
2) How do you clear the data ? It's not obvious
3) I'll try this and see what happens....
4) I've had a read through all of the pages, but couldn't see anything obvious.

You've should have found how to reset values with TPMSDoctor.
I've also read thru the pages and put links to the most interesting posts at bottom of page. Amongst other things how to reset learning and data.

I've got some boards and your PIC's from LYTSPEED and recently got my 3RD Eye kits and put them all in place, but I'm not sure on what I should be seeing.
I've downloaded your TPMS Doctor and it seems to see the sensors, but I can't really tell.
I've put one of the sensors into a small sprayer so I can pump it up to simulate pressure in the tyre as I don't want to mount it on the car yet.
1 of the sensors shows 1.8psi, the other 3 show - .4psi which in itself is interesting since that means they're in vacuum, but it's so small I'm not worried.
When I try and run the TPMS config tool and select pair, then pump up the sensor, nothing happens........... I don't know why one sensor shows higher than the others.
Only thing I can think of is that when I was soldering the boards in place, there was a resistor I think in the place where one of the pins from the PCB needed to be soldered. I'm not sure if I need to solder on one side or the other side of this resistor, I'll show a picture below........
Can you tell me the best process I can go through to test my sensors.
I have 3 kits in total, 3 USB interfaces and 12 sensors to sort out.

You should remove the small resistor and solder JP1 on both sides.

Thank you to all who helped........... all 3 systems are working now and I have another 4 on the way from Dejan so I know what I'm doing now........
Ironically it seems that keeping the receiver well over 1 metre away from the sensors gave the best results....... too close and it seems to get confused.
Thanks again to all who gave assistance.

New TPMS PCB
Hey guys, here are some pics of the PCB we are working on. I will have pics of the whole production process shortly for those of you that are interested in the PCB assembly production process.

Wow.
I'd decided against adding this feature as it wasn't very cost effective but i think now its cheaper and an all in 1 kit i'll reconsider.

Good panelisation... How many layers is the board?

Another question.
I see that the PIC is an SMD now.
Nice choice from a production point of view, but how is the fimware upgrade planned if Robby releases a firmware fix some time down the lane? Can this be done via USB?

There is a 6 pin header used for programming and reprogamming if needed, only problem is that you will most likely have to send them in if they need to be reprogrammed as I am sure most of you don't have a progammer lying around and also because Robby would like to have control over the firmware. I don't think the current design will support reprogamming via USB but you have to ask Robby about that. Oh and its just a double sided board, there isn't much on the back though.
LYHTSPD if you can't see the pictures here then check either Centrafuse forums or Portal Media forums as I have them posted there as well.
