DSATX in voompc 2

Long story short, I had 3 m2-atx, 2 of them won't survive engine crank.
So I replaced it with dsatx, but I already bought voompc 2 case.

After few hours of imagination and couple hours of fabricating:

The aluminum plate measurement :
7.3125" x 5.25" x 0.05"
It slides into the voompc top rail, no modification whatsoever to the original case.
The only downside is I only have 1 case fan now, fortunately temperature for my intel d201gly2a didn't go over 45C after a few hours of testing.

I might be able to help fabricate this attachment kit if anyone needs one.

Cool Looks Good.

I like it . My current case is wooden and really mucks with my HD radio. I am working on a new design. Just gotta figure how I'm gonna stack my parts. Glad to see someone is having good results with non-standard parts.

^ thanks man.

After continuous observation, I concluded that the attachment kit works really well.
No problem whatsoever, temperature always stays within the safe range.
No surviving engine cranking problem anymore , computer boot up delay is 1 sec. compared to 5sec of m2-atx.

My only complaint is the loudness of the original voompc2 fan, it's really noisy.
I can hear the noise from inside of the car even though the computer is in the trunk.
I guess I'll wire it to 7v or 5v.
