Streaming data over current GPRS performance!
I'd go for a 3G service unless they are inproving GPRS cos it is crap on my phone.

Well, I have already got a contract with 3 and I can access their 3G services easily through my phone, but my LG U8120 isnt supported by PhoneControl.net, and I can't find anything on about accessing the net from your pc through 3G?
Does anyone have any pointers I could try?

Is it on 3 ? If so forget it - they have a walled garden... if not have look at LGs site, should just be like setting a modem up.
I got one of these ( see attached pic ) and a PCMCIA adaptor. Although I got it for some thing else streaming was another thought I had. I could have got a 3G on but for £25 whos complaining.... ( I just bought some of these NEW for work at £205 each )

Hi Evo,
Do you have any updates on this one yet? I would love to know how easy/difficult it was to get everything installed and how touchscreen friendly the software is?
Thanks,
Blister
