I've just ordered mine through Lisa at Braemac and it should be shipped to me today. AU$61.55 inc. Postage to the Gold Coast.

I've got my the WRX bezel and mounting brackets and the slot load dvd rom on their way from MP3car, along with this radio. I'll finally be able to start thorwing it all in the car.

I'll let you all know how it works for me.

Interesting, could be tricky though. Make sure you keep us up-to-date if you do give it a go.

As I don't smoke, I was looking to remove the ash tray and put the rom in there. I'd be looking to keep the flap that hides it all though. I've taken a quick look at it, but until my dvd-rom arrives from mp3car and I can visually see how it will fit, it's still just an idea.

Back on-topic though. They were having issues with my credit card and it seems I may not receive my usb tuner for a few days yet

Schweet.

Just received my unit from Braemac (along with some other blokes order of $2,500 worth of GPS reciever chips by accident) and it's works great. **** easy to setup. Download the program from the silabs website, plug in the tuner and off you go. I'm in the office surrounded by concrete walls and I got reasonable reception, that got quite clear when I moved the antenna wire around to certain places.

I'll play more at home and report back...

got myne aswell, works great. So easy to set up. I even tried it with the radiator plug in posted here earlier, that worked straight away aswell. I noticed that not all the settings were there for radiator but most of it was there, certainly everything you need. I wouldn't mind helping in the creation of a proper plugin but i dont know how to make one, i can code so if anyone knows how to make dll's let me know and i'll see what i can do!

Finaly got it!

Finally recieved my USB radio today.

I have got to say that I was very impressed with the quality of the sound, it is excellent. I used to find that the search function on radiator was crap, but with this USB radio, it seems to search a lot better. I have only had a quick play with the USB radio, but even with the 24 inch piece of wire that it uses for an arial, it picks up signal well.

Can't wait to use it in the car

On my work computer and home computer it works perfectly. On a third computer, it does a similar thing to what you have described. Very stuttery and unusable. I'm yet to figure out why though...

i think it has something to do with my usb devices. i noticed that if i unplug the other devices from my computer (i use a 4 port pcmcia card for usb 2.0), then the audio comes through fine. however, if i plus my BT dongle back in, the stuttering begins. Same thing with if I connect my usb hub back in with its devices. I also noticed that when i change the station, the first 2-3 seconds of audio come in just fine before the stuttering.
