There never was a consensus. 26 pages, and some people love 'em, some people don't. I personally think it works great, and sounds every bit as clear as my factory radio did. Now, if I can just get Roadrunner worked out, so that it will play through more than just the front speakers...

So you're using one with RR and the only major issue you have is the speaker output? How's the RDS?

 I personally have it working well in my system, unfortunately the development of the dll stopped short of completion. RDS text is mostly garbage. I wish the original developer could get with the ice_radio.dll developer and figure out the fix for RDS text, then this would be a great plugin.

For Centrafuse users with the Silabs module: I'm working on improving the plugin and have solved some small issues.
If anybody wants to test the new dll or wants to report remaining or new issues please go here
And to be even more on-topic : after reading this whole thread I attached an antenna adapter and made sure the antenna amplifier is powered and it's working like a charm. So for me its definitely: Yea

I use it with Centrafuse. The RDS text is perfect.

I don't get what the issues are with the Centrafuse plugin. For some stupid reason, I don't get the issues that other people get. RDS text is perfect for me under 1.44.
I will help test though.
