Lightbulb USB FM Radio w/ GPS Receiver - Modified

I'm reading about some single-chip controllers like FM Radio and GPS. I'm trying to fuss a little within electronics with a simple USB Periferic Controller and i'm trying to desing a USB FM Radio pen With GPS. The radio/gps will have an xternal Antennas so you can place them anywhere you want.

As I am no genius in electronics i have to ask if womeone wants to participate on this.
