AutoPage 860 + 2000 Honda Civic Wiring diagram Help!

I have an AutoPage 860 alarm/remote starte 2 way unit. I was able to get into the autopage dealers section of the web site (pass:autopage )lol and download a nice version of the instruction manual. I then decided the best thing I could do is to draw a diagram of the connections of wire colors between my car and the unit now before I connect them and it will make everything go smoother because I can double check my work now instead of when I am stuffed under my dash. Anyway here is the hookup diagram I made... I have a few places that tripped me up... I labeled them with a big red ? and a number so you know what part I am refering to... If anyone would like either connection diagram I can post those too.

OK ? 1. top right.
The 2000 honda civic chart I downloaded from here says that Accessory is a yellow + wire. Another diagram has told me it is a white/black wire... which is true? (I am going to test all of the wires regardless to verify each one of course but like I said its nice to know ahead of time)

?2 top left.
The pink wire is set to output a double pulse to unlock all of the doors. My civic wireing diagram shows a lock/unlock and a passanger unlock. I assume that the pink double pulse wire goes to the same door unlock as the blue unlock wire and does not get connected to the passenger unlock wire... but why would it be in the diagram then if no one used it? Any thoughts on which is correct to use?

According to the instructions the hood pin needs to trigger both the instant blue trigger and negative safety wires and that they need to be isolated from eachother with a diode. Also the trunk pin needs to be connected to the instant trigger. This way if the trunk opens the car alarms but does not shut off and if the hood is opened the car shuts off and alarms. Is this connection correct?

?4 bottom right
This is a copy of the connection for a starter kill relay that I got from the instruction manual. I have attempted to simplify it and make it less confusing yet still work. Is it connected correctly?

?5 bottom
I want the dome light to function. The connection diagram for the civic says " connect to door trigger " so would this be correct? Would tripping the dome light somehow cause the alarm system to think that someone opened the car door and set the alarm off?

Thats about it.. I might use one of the extra 3 channels to latch on or off a relay connected to my computer turn on wire in my car if I wanted to just turn on my car. The computer turns on the amps. If music starts playing though and the system is armed I would assume that it would set off the system?

Anything else fun I can do with the extra outputs?

Thanks for your help guys

Regarding Question mark #1:

Here is the underdash wiring diagram for your 2000 Honda Civic LX.
2000HondaCivicUnderDashElectrical.pdf

It shows the ignition switch in the top left. The accessory wire you need is indeed 3 different colors depending on where you tap into it. If you tap in directly off the ignition switch before the underdash fuse box, the wire will be White/Black. Coming out of the fusebox through fuse #27 (to the radio) it is Yellow/Red, or through fuse #28 (to the cig lighter) it is Yellow/Green.

There also appears to be an "Option Connector" in the underdash fusebox that is also connected to the White/Black Accessory line. Perhaps there is a empty spot for a fuse there. It might be easy to just plug in there rather than tap into the wire.

Peace.

diagram for 200 mazda protege and autopage rs-860

i love your diagram for your civic,i also install one of this unit on my car and everything is working but the remote start,i'm confused with how to hook this one on my mazda. when i ran the test ,it tells me that it's not sensing the tach. i already had a code alarm on it and i know i install the tach wire to the correct one on my car, which is a purple wire on the firewall connector.what i think its that i'm connecting the relay for the starter wrong. this kit comes with a relay and a set of wiring for that relay, but does this unit has the relay built in already for the cut off to the starter?if you can please do one of those diagrams for my car i will be so appreciated. thanks,

Trinidad23 Make sure you go through the tach learn mode on the autopage. Tach wire is under the hood, it can be hooked up but if it doesn't learn the tach remote start wont work. Blue wire with the test connector usually taped up on the driver side, near the firewall on the civic. You can also use an injector wire for tach aswell.

Use the whiteblack wire in the ignition harness.

If you want all the doors to lock and unlock together dont hook up the pink wire. As for drivers door priority it may be through the programming menu if you use that wire.

Looks right to me

I usually dont hook this up as the door trigger wire being hooked to the door pin wire works quite well.

Use the door trigger wire and hook up to the Light green/red wire in the car and you should be good to go

Thats about it.. I might use one of the extra 3 channels to latch on or off a relay connected to my computer turn on wire in my car if I wanted to just turn on my car. The computer turns on the amps. Depending on the shock sensor settings chances are it will go off due to the music playing

Anything else fun I can do with the extra outputs?

Its upto you, window rollup modules, etc...
Thanks for your help guys

Good luck and take your time and you should be fine, pm me if you need anything else.
