Computer to control all electrical accessories in the vehicle?

I find that there's alot you can do with a carpc, why not control everything possible in the car? Door locks, windows, sunroof, strobe lights, neon lights, door poppers, air-ride, hydraulics and actuators.

CarPC Controller

I would be afraid to do that, honestly. My computer has enough errors just trying to play music. I would like my heat and windows to be independent of that.

Linking them together might not be bad... i.e. have your normal window controls but then have the computer set to be able to roll them all up at a preset command or something.
