strohj- what's the story with integrating the iBus control into SD? anyone working on the software? i have an eedesigns interface and would very much like to match it to the SD frontend. will the basic steering wheel controls work with this interface without any further programming? I am just finishing my carpc install now and was planning to use the CD iBus connector.

Jack,
I am a PC geek, but new to Car PCs. I am building my first Car PC, and want to add this unit. Is it safe to say I will be able to use it with RR soon?
I can order the pieces in the next couple of days and help you bug check it if
you like. I am not able to program, though!
Thanx,
Ron

I am waiting for them to finish this completely and then I will port the code over to a digitalmod for streetdeck...

so basically.. once it is working perfectly in roadrunner and they release their source code with it.. I can start working on the streetdeck side...

It is fully controllable in roadrunner right now.. however i am still recruiting help to pull the RDS and Station data to import it to RR. We can control it but cant tell what station we are on.

I am leaving for florida for some vacation and will return on the 10th. That weekend hopefully i can get it finished.

Seeing as how this is really the only Radio option that interests me and Im sure other people as well, due to the HD radio. how about we start a pool to the first person to get this working 100%. Two way rds, native etc etc?

Im assuming the brilliant ones able to pull this off would jump on it if it meant they could pay off their dice unit in the process...

How long did it take to get your usb interface from Reslers? I ordered it directly on the 18th and I still do not have it. I received the Dice unit over a week ago.

Hey all.. well we have over 27,000 views on this thread.. i am at my programming limits.. I am looking for outside help to get 2 way communication.. i say we start a pool as well. I will throw in $25.00 to start the pot. The unit has been tested and works in the car, can be controlled and has great reception both AM and FM and in a moving environment.
Again ill be back on the 10th.

What language is the software written in? I'd like to be able to create a Winamp plugin for this.
