new intel board for good audio

I will be getting this board soon due to poor current audio from the soundblaster long boot times,driver problems and crashes. It the Intel DG 45ID (MICRO-ATX) It has HD Audio hardware 8.1dd 192khz/32bit sound quality. here a link: http://www.intel.com/products/deskto...D-overview.htm
Since I have an Micro Atx case I will use the board above. But If your current setup is min-itx look at the Intel DG 45FC mini-itx form factor about the same specs. here is the link for this one :

Beautiful!! Thanks so much for the links. Looks like a Intel DG 45FC is in order for the Mustang to replace the Asus Pundit chassis I currently have stuffed in the trunk.
