Question T3 wiring question

hi, i recently buy new T3(with StreetDeck logo) from ebay, but both units came without power harnesses.

I will made my own harnesses - but i should know where to go wire in the original socket.

I would be glad of any information or photos of the rear power connector!

thanks)

There used to be a Infill T3 Install Guide somewhere on this site...I can't seem to find it, but I cant remember if it had the wiring diagram. I can list what connections you will find. I am guessing you are not missing the power cord harness, but the speaker harness?

I just remembered I have a copy of the install guide at home and will take a look in a few hours. I just had mine out of the car this morning and dont want to pull it out ever again...or at least for a few days!

Wow, that's a tough one. To make a power harness for both top and bottom unit? The power harness has some special type of capacitor for continued power(I think) after the ignition is off and I think power noise filter too. And it powers both the top and bottom unit, as well as wires for the illumination, backup camera reverse gear, amp on, antenna on and the speaker wires all connected as one unit!

Have you tried asking the ebay seller if he still has it?
I recommend getting a new power harness from MP3car.com or from Infill Korea.

heh, installation guide not cover pinout of connectors...
however i found pinout for 8-pin connector on bottom unit, it works. today i will work with small 20-pin connector on monitor unit.

You should post all your pinouts once you narrow it down...I am sure you wont be the last one wishing they had the harness cables!
