Shutdown options?

I have a few questions on Shutdown options on the T3.
What is the ideal setup? The Streetdeck manual does not explain the options in the "Shutdown Options" menu it only has the screenshot of them..

Should I set the default Shutdown option to "Standby"? (Is there a Hibernate option)
I cannot see a hibernate option on the T3 even in the Windows XP Power properties, how do I enable the Hibernation option?

I want the Streetdeck to Hibernate the T3 when I turn off the ignition in the car, and then shutdown the T3. What settings should I use to achieve this?

When I turn off the ignition and pull the key while the T3 is turning off does this pull the power to the T3 and kill it or does it still go through a proper shutdown?

Hibernate should be enabled in windows for it to show up as an option in StreetDeck. After that goto Settings | Shutdown options and select it as the default shutdown option.

The T3 can goto standby, hibernate, or power off when the car is turned off. It will do a proper shutdown.

It appears the latest SD does not function properly with the T3 hibernation. It appears that the machine is receiving both hibernate AND shutdown commands as upon switch power off the machine closes as usual and when resuming from hibernation is in middle of shutdown process. Machine then shuts itself down immediately upon resume. Then you must power on manually.

Have you set hibernate as the default shutdown option? Does it work if you set it to standby mode?

This is the same problem Naqueal told you about Chuck.... The Shut Down options are greyed out with the T3 and the Latest version of SD... He sent you my log file. There is no way to save stand-by...

Naqueal told me the G4 was having stand-by issues that were corrected with this latest update...but he thought that whatever changes were made to fix the issue with the G4 created an issue with the T3.

I hope this can be corrected for T3 owners... right now the only way I can stand-by is to press the power icon on the home screen and select stand-by and wait for the machine to close down before turning the ignition off. Please advise. Thanks!
