T3 In Stand By

My T3 does not stay in standby for more than a day....sometimes i leave my car sitting for a day or two without driving it, and when i turn it on my T3 does a full boot up. Is there a time limit on being in standby? Do any of you guys stay in standby that long?

The T3 should stay in standby for up to 48 hours unless it detects your battery is low on power. If your T3 doesn't stay in standby for that long, it probably means your car battery is probably low on power and should probably be replaced.

You can't change the shutdown time its hardcoded in the hardware some place.

I don't know what voltage it shuts down at. I assume its probably the same as the G4 which can be found in the G4 manual.

I have tested this as well and know for a fact that the T3 does not stay in standby for more than 24 hours. I have a brand new battery as well. Usually 24 hours is enough for me.

The problem I run into is that if I wait more than 24 hours and the system has a reboot the touch screen doesn't work until the next standby mode has completed.
