Touch screen usb cable.

Hi all; I have isolated the panel of an 8" touchscreen from cartft.com, and put it in dash with all its electronic on the back. It works ok for maybe a year now but:
One of the 4 little wires connected to the touch panel (usb cable to film) is now loose and ready to be cut off. Sometimes the touch is not working, and if you press the wire a little it starts working. I can not use soldering, because it is connected to a very thin electrode (that runs around the screen) by mere pressure.

Any ideas? What would it be best? Glue? Silicone rubber? Hot glue? Please help.

Well, my first recommendation would have been to solder it, but since you say that's not possible, then the only thing I can think of would be an electrically conductive epoxy.

Something like the stuff here - http://www.epoxies.com/elec.htm

Replace the touch screen panel. If your damaged area is under the ITO layer, you won't be fixing that one.

Basically, it like what you said. Conductive paint.
It can be found at almost any auto part store (my area at least).
Something like this http://www.frostfighter.com/ff_pdt_2100.htm
You can also found it at electronic store.
I'm sure, there are lot on internet like fleeeebay.
Overlockers use it to paint/connect the L5 bridge on on AMD Athlon XP chips. Just google for Conductive silver paint.
