Lilliput Power Issue

I have recieved a lilliput 7" in-dash lcd touch screen and when i plug it in using the red ACC cable the unit blue lights come on, but it will not open or do anything, i have looked everywhere for an image on how to connect it to the car and to the house 13.8 3Amp radio shack power converter but no luck, maybe here some kind soul will help me in my adventure.

Did you buy that unit on Ebay, if you did , good luck. However go to this thread, people got tired of buying this unit. I was thinking of buying one but I changed my mind.
