Ultra thin Touchpad

Has anyone seen this or had any experience with something similar?

I'm trying to tell if the actual 'touchpad' area is flexible or if that's just the back of the pad.

Thinking this is thin enough maybe I could mount it just behind the cup holder of my Expedition and use it as an input device.

Any thoughts?

I have one and love it. It works exactly as described. You can barely see it on my console. I rarely use it but when I need a mouse, it's perfect.

I bought mine off of Ebay here:

The seller delivered it fast and very well packaged...
