GP-Wiz Max 32 vs Ultimarc I-pac?

What is the difference between the I-pac http://www.ultimarc.com/ipac1.html and the Groovy Game Gear GP-Wiz MAX 32 Input USB Controls Interface http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/i...fecdf0158ff310. They both look very similar so I am stuck on deciding between the 2 (kind of like trying to decide should you bang the hot chick or her hot sister,). I am in beginning construction phases now on my new setup and I am looking into building a custom input interface. It seems like both of these devices do the same thing. I am however a little timid ordering from ultimarc only because they ship via DHL whom I never could get any reasonable service out of whatsoever.

But aside from that my question is... Has anyone ever used either of theses devices in their car projects? And if so how was the performance? Which did you prefer and why? And which unit is most integrative into the car environment? All input is more than welcome and anticipated.

Thanks
Kevin

I'm using an older version of the gpwiz. I've only had trouble with it when it's very cold out; it just isn't detected by my carputer.
