Mouse to HACk apart and use for digital input??

Hey, does anyone know of a cheapo USB mouse with lots of buttons (at least 5?) that I can easily wire my own buttons to, so that I can use the mouse button as an interface for my buttons? I would assign the native mouse buttons to various commands in XP. The problem is that fusion brain only has 4 digital inputs, and I kinda need 5. I searched and didn't find anything, but if anyone can direct me to a thread on this, much much appreciated. thanks!

You can wire digital inputs to analogue inputs which is better anyways. Analogue cant go to digital, but digital can go to analogue.

You can even wire all those buttons to 1 analogue input if you are feeling adventerous and build a resistor network. But for simplicity, 5 analogue inputs for 5 buttons is a good solution.

Also when you map mouse keys, it can get confusing if you have a touchscreen too which counts as a mouse.
